Back pain can range from a mild, to stubborn, severe, or immobilizing pain. Pain in your back can restrict motion and affect normal functioning, muscles could be strained from poor posture such as, leaning over your computer or leaning over your workbench, all of which affect the quality of life. Many people experience neck pain or stiffness sporadically. This may be due to poor posture. Sometimes, neck and back pain is caused by injury, sports, or whiplash.
